A lot of us love to order delicious fish dishes when dining out, but are hesitant about making them in our own kitchen. The truth is however that preparing fish can be both easy and quick. Why not purchase some tilapia and make a stylish fish dish for your next dinner party? This tilapia recipe is easy to follow and can be ready in less than 30 minutes. Start by preheating your grill to medium-high. Place 4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets on top of aluminium foil (enough foil to make a sealed package for each fillet) and season the fish with salt and pepper to taste. Chop 4 fresh basil leaves, 3 cloves of garlic, and 1 big tomato. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each tilapia fillet and sprinkle with chopped basil, garlic and tomato. Divide 1 cup of wine over the fillets and fold up the foil around the fish. Seal into four neat packages. Put the packages on the preheated grill and cook until you can flake the fish easily using a fork. In most cases, around 15 minutes of cooking will be ideal. Don’t forget that the steam leaving the packages when you open them will be really hot.
